Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. That party will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Max Carey Net Worth. If we receive no such notification within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
